Just days removed from Wayne Rooney's latest heroics, D.C. United have the chance to take six points from their first two games of the second half of the season as they host Toronto FC at Audi Field. It is the second meeting this year between the two teams, after the Black-and-Red clawed out a point north of the border in May, having kept a clean sheet despite allowing 36 shots to the Reds.

Coverage starts on FloFC at 7:30 PM ET for viewers in DMV, with kickoff scheduled for just after 8 PM.

On Wednesday, United picked up their first win in six league matches when Rooney scored a 65-yard goal against Orlando City. It was the latest viral moment for the striker against the Lions; Rooney now has had three memorable moments in three games against Orlando.

At the same time, Toronto picked up a big win as well, defeating Atlanta United 3-2 at BMO Field without the services of Michael Bradley and Jozy Altidore. With the USA pair away at the Gold Cup, Alejandro Pozuelo scored twice for TFC, including the game-winning penalty in the 94th minute of the game. However, Toronto had to sweat out an even later penalty for Atlanta, one that Pity Martinez failed to keep on target.

Like Toronto, United is still missing a couple of key contributors as well due to international duty. Paul Arriola is still with the USA at the Gold Cup and will likely start on Sunday when the USA face off against Curacao in the quarterfinals. Junior Moreno and Venezuela were eliminated from the Copa America yesterday, losing 2-0 to Argentina in the quarterfinals. While he won't be available today, Moreno could return stateside for United's next game on July 4 at FC Dallas.

After finally getting back the services of Joseph Mora from a broken jaw earlier this year, United will once again have to make do without their starting Costa Rican left back. Back in March, a collision with Orlando defender Ruan left Mora with a broken jaw and concussion, which robbed the defender 10 weeks of the season. Finally back playing, Mora fell victim to a Ruan tackle on Wednesday, spraining his ankle, which means head coach Ben Olsen will once again have to search for an answer at left back.

There are a couple of options for replacing Mora today. Marquinhos Pedroso, who hasn't played since getting beat in two consecutive games for goals back in May, could return to the starting lineup. Chris McCann or Jalen Robinson could slot into the spot. Or Olsen could opt to change formations to the 3-4-2-1 that he used earlier this year on several occasions, when he had to deal with Mora's first absence.

Otherwise, despite the quick turnaround, Olsen is likely to field much of the same starting lineup tonight against the Reds. There is a midweek game to contend with next week, with the trip to Frisco, Texas, but the timing of that game should allow Olsen to put out as strong of a side as possible despite the high temperatures that are in the forecast for tonight's game.

In the first meeting between these two teams at Audi Field last year, a long-range free kick from Rooney provided the difference in a 1-0 win for United. The Black-and-Red lead the all-time series against TFC, having won 14 and lost 10 with seven draws. United is unbeaten in the last four contests between the two sides.

Predicted D.C. United Lineup: (4-2-3-1) - Bill Hamid, Marquinhos Pedroso, Frederic Brillant, Steven Birnbaum, Leonardo Jara, Russell Canouse, Chris Durkin, Lucas Rodriguez, Luciano Acosta, Ulises Segura, Wayne Rooney
