Lindenwood broke several program records while Stanford, Florida, and Oklahoma were among teams to celebrate their seniors.

Breaking Records

Lindenwood edged Eastern Michigan, Rutgers, and Temple in a quad meet in Philadelphia on Sunday afternoon in record-breaking fashion. The Lions scored over a 196 for the first time in school history with a 196.400. They set new program records with totals on bars (49.100) and on beam (49.425).



The huge performance on balance beam clinched the meet for the Lions as all six gymnasts scored a 9.750 or better. Kierstin Sokolowski tied her program record 9.950 in the anchor spot, while both Emily Milliet and Ryan Henry posted 9.900s. Sokolowski also led the way on vault with a 9.875 and tied Henry for the top Lions score on bars with a 9.850.

Lindenwood’s RQS of 194.765 is the best in program history with a pair meets still remaining this season before nationals.

Senior Day Celebrations

Florida topped Nebraska 197.925 to 196.700 on senior night while celebrating its four seniors — Rachel Slocum, Grace McLaughlin, Alex McMurtry, and Kennedy Baker. McMurtry posted a 9.925 or better on all four events — including 9.975s on bars and beam — en route to a 39.825 all-around total. Freshman Megan Skaggs competed in the all-around for the first time this season and went 9.825 or better on all four routines.



Stanford posted its best score of the season — a 196.650 — to celebrate senior Elizabeth Price’s final home competition. Price narrowly missed earning multiple 10.0s with a 9.975 for her stuck Yurchenko double twist and a 9.950 for a stellar uneven bars set. Price capped off her day with her third 10.0 of the season, this time on floor after a flawless final routine. UCLA earned the win in the meet with a 197.800, including three 10.0s — two from Peng Peng Lee and one from Kyla Ross.

Oklahoma posted its sixth score over 198 in the last seven meets with a 198.100 in a quad meet against Arizona State, Denver, and Arkansas. AJ Jackson, who has struggled a little bit with her landings on floor this season, had a stellar performance on floor and finished with a 9.950 to win the event.



So. Many. 10s.






Price capped off her senior day celebration with perfection.



Lauter’s perfect 10 was the first 10.0 on balance beam for New Hampshire since 1996.



Bridgens’ 10.0 was the first perfect score on uneven bars in program history for Penn State in the Nittany Lions’ away meet at BYU. It was the 10th perfect score in school history for the Nittany Lions. Penn State finished with a 49.475 event total on bars, good for the second-highest score in program history.

Crimson Tide Edge Tigers In Rivalry Meet

Alabama edged Auburn 197.300 to 196.900 at the Elevate the Stage meet in Huntsville, Alabama. Auburn posted its top road score of the season at the meet behind a great three-event performance from junior Abby Milliet and sophomore Gracie Day. Milliet posted a 9.950 on floor to win the event and a 9.925 on bars, which was good for a tie for second place. Day’s 9.950 won the uneven bars title.

The Crimson Tide continued to rise with steady consistency with its fifth score over 197 in the last six meets. Alabama was paced by a solid uneven bars rotation where four athletes scores a 9.875 or better: Angelina Giancroce (9.875), Shea Mahoney (9.900), Kiana Winston (9.925), and Lexi Graber (9.925).
